Shreveport LASIK Fees and Financing

The surgical fees listed above include the following:

• Dr. Lusk's surgical procedure fee.
• Eye Surgery Center facility fee.
• All normal scheduled post-operative drops
• Post-Operative examinations for one year.
• Enhanced Procedures for one year.

The pre-operative examination fee of $150.00 will be paid on the date of the examination. This examination fee is not billed to any insurance plans, as it is an examination for elective surgery.  The $150.00 examination fee includes all pre-operative measurements necessary to perform laser vision correction. Once your examination is completed, Dr. Lusk will personally advise you on the appropriate treatment course that he feels will provide you with your personal best vision.

ALL LASER LASIK

Our practice has chosen to discontinue offering the bladed microkeratome LASIK procedure as of January 1, 2007.  Our results over the past two years have convinced us that CustomVUE LASIK enriched with blade-free IntraLASE technology is the most sophisticated form of laser vision correction available today.  We feel Shreveport LASIK Fee patients choose us because of Dr. Lusk’s corneal expertise and because we are able to provide the most advanced technology available today.  We do not let cost dictate our standard or care.  Bladed LASIK is much less expensive to perform and therefore can be offered at a lower fee.  However, we find that patients are more concerned about the safety, outcomes, technology and the experience of Dr. Lusk rather than saving a few dollars for a lifetime of vision.
