Pamela E. Theriot, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Since getting her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of California – Berkley, Dr. Pamela Theriot has practiced eye care in so many parts of the country that when she tells you dry eye is a problem everywhere, you believe her. Because her husband is a United States Air Force pilot, she’s lived — and provided eye care — in a number of different regions.

It’s this experience in various communities and climates that has shaped her values as an eye doctor. It’s one of the main reasons she takes a holistic approach to eye care, analyzing each patient’s personal health, eye condition, and living situation. She also pays special attention to what goes in and around her patients’ eyes, such as makeup, eye drops, and contact lens cleaners.

At Lusk Eye Specialists, Dr. Theriot provides relief to patients who haven’t been able to resolve their dry eye anywhere else, and will consider everything from simple eye drops to specialized scleral lenses if it means her patients can have comfortable, clear vision. Along with writing a book that claimed a place on the Amazon bestseller list, Dr. Theriot spends her family time with her husband and two daughters swimming, camping and boating.

Dry eye patient cared for by Lusk Eye Specialist
As a contact wearer, I have always had issues with dry eyes.

C. G

As a contact wearer, I have always had issues with dry eyes. Dr. Theriot has provided a great plan to help diminish and eradicate the dry eye problem. I also appreciate the fact that the reader gains access to a workbook. It is a useful accompanying tool. Simply put, this book is a great help and a good read.

I celebrate every single day!!!

RUTH M.

Once again you made me celebrate! Exam and tests were a breeze today. Thank you Dr. Bryan Lusk, Dr. Pam Theriot, plus your outstanding staff. I will forever be thankful for my corneal transplants and my cataract removal that Dr. Bryan did over two years ago. My great grandmother went blind from this same disease, and yet Dr. Bryan changed my destiny by restoring my vision. I celebrate every single day!!! Sincere thanks, and I highly recommend these physicians.

I wake up every morning just amazed at what life looks like without glasses!!!

ELIZABETH J.

The pre-op appointment with Dr. Lusk and Dr. Theriot was very thorough and complete and I knew that I was in good hands. Procedure day itself was very smooth. Everyone involved was very calming and informative and before I knew it, I was walking out of the clinic and could SEE! I was seeing 20/15 the day after the procedure and have maintained this excellent vision since. My healing was textbook, mild discomfort for a few days but no pain. I wake up every morning just amazed at what life looks like without glasses!!! I’m so glad I chose to do it!

Dr. Theriot published Alleviate Dry Eye

Believing that our vision is a precious gift, Dr. Theriot published a book to make dry eye treatment more accessible

Over her years of practicing in many different climates, Dr. Theriot has treated hundreds of patients with dry eye symptoms. Oftentimes these patients have seen practitioner after practitioner with no resolution. They have usually been given a handful of over-the-counter drops, but never a plan on how to relieve their tired, dry eyes. Now patients locally and around the world can learn from her book: Alleviate Dry Eye: Your 8 week plan to restore healthy eyes and clear vision.
